These terms apply when you use Lovy — personal love letters that open like a gift. By creating, sending or opening a Lovy, you agree to them.

What Lovy is

Lovy lets you create a personalised digital letter with your words, photos, voice and music, and share it with someone as a private link. Creating and previewing is free. Sealing a letter so it can be sent is a one-time paid purchase. There are no accounts and no subscriptions.

Price and payment

• The price is shown before you pay — currently ₹759 in India or $8 (or the local equivalent, such as €7.49 or £5.99) elsewhere, including applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A letter is sealed only after payment is confirmed.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy, and delivery by our Delivery policy.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you put in a letter. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone with the letter's link, only to provide Lovy.
• Only upload photos, voice recordings and words you have the right to share, and that the people in them are comfortable being shared with your recipient.
• Don't use Lovy for anything unlawful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving anyone without consent, hateful, or to impersonate someone. We may remove letters that break these rules, without refund.
• The optional AI writing help suggests wording from what you tell it. You are responsible for what you choose to send.

Music

Lovy contains no songs. Its soft background tones are generated live by our own software and owned by us. Senders cannot add or upload music, and the price of a Lovy is not for music. See Copyright & music.

Links and privacy

Anyone with a letter's link can open it, so share it only with the intended person. Your sender page's link is your only way to see reactions — keep it private. How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Lovy and sealed letters available, but the service is provided “as is” and there may occasionally be interruptions. We may update or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a letter is limited to the amount you paid for that letter. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase on Lovy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
