Delivery policy

Lovy sells a digital product: a personalised letter (a “Lovy”) that opens in a web browser. Nothing is shipped physically.

How and when it's delivered

• Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your letter is sealed and you see its private link on screen.
• You send that link to your recipient yourself — through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, iMessage, email or any messaging app. We do not message your recipient.
• You also get a private sender page where you can see when your letter is opened and their answer to your question. Keep that page's link safe — it's your only key, as there are no accounts.

If you don't receive your link

If you were charged but didn't see your sealed letter, reopen the page you paid on — payments are re-checked automatically. If it still isn't sealed, contact us and we'll deliver it or refund you in full (see our Refund policy).

Availability

Sealed letters stay available at their link for your recipient to reopen. We may remove content that breaks our Terms.
