What is a Lovy?

A personal love letter that opens like a gift: their name in gold, a wax seal with your initial, your photos, your words and your voice — told like a short film on their phone.

How much does it cost?

Making and previewing is free. You pay once, only when you seal it: $8, shown in your own currency where we can (€7.49 in the eurozone, £5.99 in the UK, ₹759 in India). No subscription, nothing renews.

How do I send it?

After sealing you get a private link. Send it however you two talk — any messaging app or email. Lovy never messages anyone for you.

Do I need an account?

No. After you seal a letter you get a private page that shows when it's opened and their answer. Add your email when sealing and we'll send you both links, so you never lose them — and if you do, use "Lost your link?" to get them again.

Who can see my letter?

Only people with the link. Letters never appear in search engines, and you can add a question only they can answer so it opens just for them.

What can I put in it?

Up to 8 photos with captions, your letter, a voice note, little reasons you love them, the date you met (it counts up live) and a final question with a Yes button.

I'm not good with words — can Lovy help?

Yes. Answer three gentle questions about the two of you and Lovy shapes your own answers into a letter, in your voice. You can always edit every word.

Will they know what it cost?

No. The price is never shown to the person you send it to.

How long does the letter last?

It's theirs to keep. The link keeps working, and they can save it to come back to.

Can I get a refund?

If something went wrong on our side — you were charged but the letter didn't seal, or it won't open — you get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
